Adam Legal provides a cloud-based legal practice management platform that includes case management, document management, client portal, billing, and AI-powered legal research tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Adam Legal does not provide legal advice; our AI tools are for informational purposes only.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adam Legal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
